Example of Social Matter Speech

Good morning friends! I, Tanush, from B.A., third semester, stand before you to present my views on the topic- The Youth Should Perform Social Service.

All of us are youth. We are future's hope. We, youth, have potential to change the time. We are part of the society and it is our responsibility to work for its growth.

There are various fields in which we students can perform social service. One type of service can be spread of literacy among illiterate persons. We can teach them reading, writing, and simple arithmetic. We can visit nearby villages during our vacations and work to uplift the status of villagers. Sick persons can be taken to the nearby hospitals for their treatment. We can help the disabled persons. We can teach the poor students who are unable to pay their school fee. We can also help the police in regulating traffic during peak hours. We can organize relief camps during flood and other natural calamities. There are many other ways in which we can channelize our energy and render social service.

Friends, by rendering social service, we, students, can participate in the progress of our country. So, let us take an oath to do some constructive work for the society.
